There was this little get-together for tech reporters at Facebook headquarters today. You may have heard about it. Whenever Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, summons an audience because he’s got something to announce about Facebook, life as we know it grinds to a halt. Or so it seems.
Lately, I’ve found myself repeatedly faced with the same request. Whether the goal is the increase sales or to find a job, the request is often the same. “Tell me the one thing that I need to do.” While the request may come in different forms, it is really the same.
There have been many moments in my life as a parent where I considered locking my child in a closet. It would have been for her own safety, mind you. And, I would have let her out when she was, say 30 or so. I realized that I may have some legal entanglements to deal with along the way, but there were still those moments when I wondered...
